🚀 Why use Bulk mode?
If you need to publish several SEO articles without going through the process one by one, Wisewand’s Bulk mode is the way to go.
Instead of creating each article individually, you can queue multiple pieces of content at once, configure them together, and let Wisewand handle the heavy lifting — saving you significant time.
🧩 Before you start
To get the most out of Bulk mode, make sure you have:
Your article titles or target keywords
Optional source URLs for inspiration
A persona already created
A website connected to a project (required for internal linking)
⚙️ Step 1: Open Bulk mode
Click Articles in the main navigation
Select Multiple
You’ll see a text area where you can enter multiple topics — one per line.
📝 Step 2: Enter topics and add sources
For each entry you can add:
a keyword (Wisewand generates the title)
or a full title (enable Keep the title)
💡 Pro tip: Add source URLs after each topic (separated by a space). Wisewand will analyze them to enrich the article — without copying content.
How to add sources:
Find a relevant article
Copy its URL
Paste it after your title or keyword
Repeat if needed
✅ Sources are optional — if none are provided, Wisewand analyzes SERP results automatically.
🎛️ Step 3: Configure generation settings
These settings apply to all articles in the batch:
Keep the title → enable if you entered full titles
Language → choose output language
Publication site → select connected website
Persona → defines tone and style
Length → recommended: Automatic
⚠️ Restrict sources option:
If enabled, Wisewand will only use your provided URLs. Leave disabled to allow additional research.

💡 Internal linking tip:
This feature automatically connects your new articles to existing content — but only if your site is connected to a project.
For cover images, you can set your brand color and choose portrait or landscape format. Landscape is a safe default.
📤 Step 5: Configure publication settings
If a website is connected:
Go to Publications
Select your site
Choose a category (or Automatic)
Set author
Click Direct publication → Generate
⏳ Step 6: Wait for generation
After clicking Generate, your articles enter the queue.
