🎯 Why personas matter for your content
If you're publishing articles with Wisewand without using a persona, you're missing out on one of the most powerful features the tool offers.
Personas let you define a specific writing style — tone, vocabulary, formality, even emoji usage — so every article you generate feels consistent and on-brand for the site it's written for.
You can create as many personas as you need, one for each website, audience, or content style you work with.
👤 How to create a new persona
In the left-hand navigation, click Persona to open the section
Click Add a persona
Choose an icon (optional — for your reference only)
Give your persona a name (example: Arthur)
Define the writing style using one of the two methods below
Click Save
⚙️ Two ways to define your persona's writing style
✍️ Option 1: Describe the style manually
Write a short description explaining how you want the persona to write.
Be specific — the more detail you provide, the better the output.
Examples:
Alex writes in a dynamic, energetic way
Alex makes jokes from time to time
Alex addresses the reader informally
Alex includes emojis naturally
💡 Think about your target website and describe the tone that best fits that audience.
🤖 Option 2: Generate style from a real article
If you already have content that perfectly matches your desired style, you can use it to automatically generate your persona.
Steps:
Go to a website with the style you want
Copy a full article
Paste it into Pre-fill from an example
Click Generate style
Wisewand will analyze the text and automatically create a detailed style profile.
✅ Perfect if you struggle to describe writing styles manually.
🧪 How to test your persona's writing style
Before generating a full article, preview the style:
Click Test the writing style inside the persona editor
Wisewand will generate a short sample text so you can instantly evaluate tone and personality.
📌 Also check the generated summary. It explains how the AI interprets the style (tone, formality, structure, etc.).
🧩 Using your persona in your content
Once saved, you can assign your persona to any article you generate. It will influence:
tone
vocabulary
structure
personality
This makes your content feel more human, consistent, and tailored to your audience.
⚠️ Important: Always match the persona to the correct project. A casual emoji-heavy persona on a formal B2B site will feel off-brand — and vice versa.
💡 Quick tips for getting the most out of personas
✅ Create one persona per website or content channel
✅ Always test a new persona before publishing real content
✅ Use the example-based method if you have a strong reference article
✏️ Edit and refine personas anytime as your style evolves
✨ Personas are the key to scalable content that still feels authentic and human.
