🧭 Create your comparison article in just a few clicks
Wisewand’s Affiliation mode lets you generate comparison articles like Top 3, Top 5, or Top 10 that are fully optimized for SEO.
Whether you want to compare tools, products, or services, Wisewand handles everything: structure, content, images, internal links, and even schema.org markup.
In this guide, you’ll learn step by step how to configure and launch your first comparison article using Affiliation mode.
📋 Before you start
Make sure you have the following ready:
Your project name in Wisewand
A list of products or tools to rank (3 to 10 items)
Any promo codes or affiliate links for each product
Your target market (country and language)
⚙️ Step 1: Configure general settings
To create your comparison article, go to Affiliation mode in Wisewand and fill in the basic settings:
Select your project from the dropdown
Choose your persona (writing style profile)
Leave length on automatic — Wisewand will adapt it based on the topic
Define your target market (for example: United States, English)
💡 If you don’t have a title yet, leave the field blank — Wisewand will generate an optimized one automatically.
📝 Step 2: Write your ranking brief
The brief is where you define the structure of your comparison. This is where you list products and add affiliate information.
Enter the topic (example: Top 5 best SEO tools)
List your products in ranking order (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)
For each product, add if available:
Promo code (example: code “WIZARDS” for 15% off)
Affiliate link
Extra info (reviews, strengths, pricing…)
⚠️ Important: If you don’t provide sources, Wisewand will automatically search Google to enrich each product section.
🤖 Step 3: Use automatic brief generation
You don’t have to fill everything manually. Wisewand can analyze your topic and pre-fill key fields:
Target query — main keyword detected automatically
Search intent — type of content users expect
Additional information — contextual data to enrich the article
✅ You can edit these fields anytime. You can also use Information to avoid to exclude topics or competitors you don’t want mentioned.
🧱 Step 4: Generate and customize the outline
Once your brief is ready, Wisewand generates a structured outline automatically.
Leave it automatic for optimal results
Or customize it by:
Adding H2 or H3 sections
Reordering sections via drag and drop
💡 In most cases, Wisewand’s automatic outline is ready to use without edits.
🎨 Step 5: Configure formatting options
You can enhance your article with these elements:
Summary box — quick overview at the top
Table of contents — easier navigation
Information table — quick product comparison
Bullet lists — improved readability
Quotes — highlighted statements
Rich formatting — styled blocks and sections
Bold words — emphasize key terms
FAQ — auto-generated or manual
Interactive widget — personalized recommendation tool
📌 Interactive widgets are especially powerful for comparisons: readers can answer questions and instantly discover the best product for them.
🖼️ Step 6: Configure images
Wisewand can generate unique optimized images directly in your article.
Choose number of images
Select format: landscape, portrait, or square
Set your color palette for branding
Choose style: illustration, infographic, or photorealistic
💡 For software comparisons, illustration or infographic works best. For physical products, photorealistic images are ideal.
🔗 Step 7: Enable internal linking and schema.org
For maximum SEO impact:
Enable automatic internal linking to connect your article to existing pages
Enable schema.org markup to improve visibility in Google results
🚀 Step 8: Configure publishing (optional)
You can publish directly from Wisewand:
Draft on WordPress — review before publishing
Direct publish — fully automated
✅ Perfect for scaling content production while keeping final control if needed.
📦 What you get at the end
After generation, your comparison article is ready to publish.
