How to access your account and manage your billing on WiseWand 🦉

👤 Overview of Your Account Dashboard

Your Wisewand account area lets you manage your personal information, track your credit usage month by month, and access all your invoices.

Here’s a complete overview of what you can do there.


✏️ Update your personal information

In the My account section, you can enter your basic details and add a profile picture. This information appears directly inside your Wisewand interface.


📊 View your credit history

Your credit history allows you to precisely track your usage and understand how your credits are being used over time.

To access it:
➡️ My account → Credit history

You’ll find a month-by-month summary of all credits used, especially for article generation.


♻️ How credit refunds work

At Wisewand, you only pay for credits that successfully generated a published article. If an article couldn’t be published or a technical issue occurred, your credits are automatically refunded.

✅ You only pay for successfully generated articles.
✅ If a bug or publishing failure occurs, your credits are refunded.


💡 Technical incidents are extremely rare, but if they happen, you will always be reimbursed.

Note: You can check your credit history to see whether credits were refunded after an issue. Each line clearly indicates the action performed.


💳 Manage your invoices and payment methods

Your billing and payments are handled directly by Stripe, a secure payment platform. Wisewand does not store your payment information internally.

In the Invoices section of your account, you can:

  • View all your invoices with their dates and amounts

  • Add or update payment methods

  • Enter company billing details (name, address, VAT number, etc.) so they appear on invoices

⚠️ Important: All payment information is securely managed by Stripe. If you want to update billing details, do so in this section before your next payment.


🚪 Log out of your account

The logout button is located at the bottom of your account area. It allows you to safely sign out of Wisewand.

📌 Tip: If your company manages multiple Wisewand accounts, remember to log out between sessions to avoid confusion.
